Henry Ian Cusick
Biography
A classically trained actor from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and
Drama, Henry Ian Cusick was recently seen as one of the lead roles on the series "The
Passage." He is well-known for his Emmy Award-nominated role as Desmond on "Lost" 
and from the sci-fi/drama "The 100." Additional television credits include a recurring
role on "Scandal" and guest roles on "24," "Fringe," "The Mentalist," on the Network, 
"Body of Proof" and "Inhumans." 

Cusick’s film credits include "Firebrand," "Hitman" and the independent film
"Rememory." He had leading roles in "Chimera Strain," "Pali Road," "Just Let Go," 
"Not Another Happy Ending," "Frank vs. God" and "The Girl on the Train." 

His U.K. theater career that spans nearly 20 years includes performances with the
Royal National Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Almeida Theatre. He
received a special commendation in the Ian Charleson Awards for Outstanding
Performance by a Young Actor in a Classical Theater Role for his performances as
Torquato Tasso in the Edinburgh International Festival production of "Torquato Tasso," 
as well as Creon in the Citizen's Theater production of "Oedipus." 

His directing credits include two episodes of "The 100." Also, Cusick wrote, 
directed and starred in "dress," which won the best short film award at the Hawaii
International Film Festival and the Peace on Earth Film Festival and was a finalist at the
USA Film Festival.
