Biography
Keisha Castle-Hughes, who stars as Special Agent Hana Gibson on CBS’ hit series FBI: MOST WANTED, has amassed a large body of notable work over the years. Her FBI: MOST WANTED character has appeared in various crossover episodes with FBI and FBI: INTERNATIONAL.
Her breakthrough role, Paikea in Niki Caro’s film “Whale Rider,” earned her an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress in 2003 as well as a SAG Award nomination and international acclaim. Her additional film credits include “Thank You for Your Service,” opposite Miles Teller, Haley Bennett and Amy Schumer, written and directed by Jason Hall (“American Sniper”); George Lucas’ “Star Wars: Episode III” in 2005 playing Queen Naboo; and “The Nativity Story,” in the role of Mary opposite Oscar Isaac as Joseph.
Among Castle-Hughes’ additional television credits are a starring role in Cameron Crowe’s Showtime series “Roadies,” alongside Luke Wilson, Carla Gugino and Imogen Poots; a recurring role as Obara Sand in “Game of Thrones”; and a featured role in the limited series “Manhunt: Unabomber,” alongside Sam Worthington and Paul Bettany.
