Biography
Before CSI: Vegas, Lex Medlin is most well-known for his series regular role as Owen French playing opposite Brooke Elliot on Drop Dead Diva. He held a leading role in the comedy Happy Hour and appeared in major recurring arcs on the acclaimed drama series Southland, Still Standing, and Rock Me Baby. Most recently, Medlin appeared on FX’s Mayans M.C. Additional television credits include Good Girls, Grey’s Anatomy, Shameless, Modern Family, Supernatural, The Closer, Monk, Friends, Titus, and B Positive, and All Rise, on the Network, to name a few. Medlin was also seen in the re-boot of the Little Rascals franchise for Universal, where he portrayed the classic character, Officer Kennedy.
Born in Auburn, Alabama, and raised in ten states, Medlin moved to Los Angeles to train as an actor at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pasadena. Medlin lives in Los Angeles with his wife and has three children. His birthday is March 30th.
